Donation & refund policy

1. Restricted and general donations

Restricted donations are used only for their campaign. General donations are used where need is greatest.

2. Surplus funds

If a campaign raises more than needed, surplus is applied to the closest related programme unless you ask otherwise.

3. Refunds

If you donated in error, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are recorded and shown separately in our reports.

4. Fees

Payment processing fees are covered by the trust and reported as administration costs.
